2. Scope of This Policy
This policy covers any internal issues you may experience, including but not limited to:
- Harassment (sexual, verbal, or otherwise)
- Discrimination
- Bullying
- Unfair treatment
- Any behavior that makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe
3. How to Report a Problem
If you experience or witness any behavior that goes against our values or makes you feel uncomfortable:
3.1. Speak to a Command Team Member:
- You can approach any member of the command team with your concerns.
- They are trained to handle these situations with sensitivity and confidentiality.
3.2. Contact an Angel (Admin):
- Angels are neutral administrators who can provide support and intervention.
- They are not directly involved in SAFR operations, ensuring impartiality.
3.3. Use the Confidential Reporting Channel:
- We have a dedicated, private channel on our Discord server for reporting issues.
- Only select members of the command team and Angels have access to this channel.
